Make some assumptions about what the user will like so they don\u2019t have to decide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Heuristic\/Bias 2: <\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Status Quo Bias-<\/span> our preference for the current state of affairs, resulting in resistance to change.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Design principle: <\/strong>Repetition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Design in application: <\/strong>Use icons and designs that look similar to other apps\/devices that are popular.
