It’s been two days since I arrived in Ames and started my research internships at Iowa State University. It honestly already feels like I have found a home here. I super excited to start learning and doing some research but in the meantime, it has been super awesome to meet the faculty and my fellow interns. It feels like the intern group has already gotten so close with just the short amount of time that we have spent together. We ended up playing volleyball for a couple hours last night and Johann got spiked on like three times.
