Today we started off with a talk about ethics in human testing for research. It’s so much more in depth then I ever expected. But now, i recognize that it is a really important step in the research process, seeing as in our experiment we’ll be purposefully making people sick and so we have to ensure that it is ethical and the participants are fully aware of what they’re signing up for. After this talk, we went to a talk about how gestures and color can be interpreted in different cultures and how that’s tested in VR, it was really interesting! After, we got to walk around the ISU opportunities fair and I won a bento box (score!). I’m excited for game night tonight and to see how the rest of the week goes!
