After a few days here, I’m kind of upset that everything is so nice compared to KU and that it seems like there is so much opportunity for good quality research. Maybe my view is just biased because I’ve very quickly become connected with great faculty, but it seems like doing quality research here, at least related to VR and HCI is a lot easier than at KU.

Otherwise, the program has been super fun so far, and I’m excited to do more with the research and dive in. Hopefully we’ll have longer blocks of time later to really do a deep dive on our research instead of the short bursts that it feels like we have right now.
