I would have really liked to attend Stephen’s luncheon lecture, learn about his projects and how was his time in Namibia like, but I couldn’t because of my orientation. But Rhoda introduced me to this African restaurant in Des Moines- Home Touch Kitchen. I had fufu and Okra soup, it was so delicious! I would probably go there again when I’ll visit Iowa someday.
