We made homemade pasta with Eliot and Sarah! It was so fun, and very kind of them to take the time to teach us. They showed us how to make the dough. Apparently, fresh pasta cooks in like 90 seconds, which was much faster than I was expecting. Shout out Natasha and David for making dessert! They brought in homemade Tiramisu. It was amazing!

Our problem area draft is coming along! Unfortunately, we’re having trouble getting access to our IRB form, but I hope we can fix it soon.
