Week 2 has been a lot of fun learning even more about C++ and cyber sickness. Along with this we got the opportunity to listen to a phd student\u2019s research on gestures in vr and color perception in local villages in Africa in hopes to remove legacy bias. This was really interesting and gave me a much better grasp on what research can look like in graduate school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Besides all of the learning we, the interns, did a board game night which ended up being super fun. Although we set 2 hours aside for it we ended up staying for around 3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today we get to play racquetball which I am really excited to learn the ropes of. I have only played once before and it was more of hitting the ball as hard as I could with no direction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
