HCI 1: Research Rabbit Reset

• The user’s task and context:
  • The button sends a email to the user to reset their password
• What is working/not working
  • Needs more info than just a button and text.
• What could make it better
  • A button to go back, a confirmation prompt or ANY CSS styling at all.

HCI 2: Those levers under swivel chairs that you have to use to know what they do

  • The levers under the chair raise/lower, adjust angle etc.
• What is working/not working
  • Levers should easily telegraph what they do and how to use them
• What could make it better
  • Create a interface to use the levers electronically or label them
