Last night was lots of fun! We got to learn how to make baklava with Heliya in the food science building. Their kitchen was super nice and I think we did a great job making the baklava! It was really fun to make because I like baklava and I’ve always wondered how it was made. It was really good and tasted even better because we made it ourselves! Later in the night, we finally finished season 1 of Game of Thrones! It only took 8 weeks!

Today, I have been working on our research paper. I got lots of comments on the intro that I have been fixing and I have been reading a lot more papers to fill out the literature review section of the paper. I am going to continue working on it the rest of the day.
