Eliot Winer, Ph.D., is the director of the Virtual Reality Application Center at Iowa State University and a professor of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Aerospace Engineering at Iowa State University. Dr. Winer has over 20 years of experience working in virtual reality and 3D computer graphics technologies on sponsored projects for the Department of Defense, Air Force Office of Scientific Research, Department of the Army, National Science Foundation, Department of Agriculture, Boeing, John Deere, and the Federal Highway Administration.
